  : It was in the same building as the water park
  : When I paid over the phone the young lady reserved the rooms that would allow my two doubles and King room to be right next to each other. Such was not the case when we arrived. My kids were located on the 2nd floor and myself on the 3rd floor so we barely got to enjoy each others company without inconvenience. Next, I called the front desk asking for a blanket and pillow and informed him that the keurig was broke and I would like a different one. I was told I had to come get the pillow and blanket and he would bring another keurig. I never got a new one over the 3day stay. Breakfast had few options and was not filling. $1200 was spent on 3 rooms that were a disappointment all around. The jet spa in the king room was nothing than a hyped up tub with jets located in the bathroom so could not really be enjoyed unless you wanted to be by yourself. Then lets talk about the fact the thermostat is located in the room but when trying to cool it off because it felt like a sauna in all 3 rooms, I finally called the desk and begged them to turn the heat off in the room and allow me to control the temps. It barely got cool in the night and made it so very uncomfortable sleeping. My kids who are grown had to put up with kids from the 3rd floor knocking on their doors all night which woke up many in the rooms including grandbabies. My Son called the front desk to report it and he claimed he couldnt look at video footage and desk clerk finally stood in hallway of second floor and as my sons were chasing the kids the night clerk yelled at my kids rather than punishing the late night knockers. Then no towels, trash or anything else was done in our rooms our whole stay. You also have a very expensive hotel in the middle of nowhere Kansas attached to a water park and no discounts or packages or anything is given to enjoy the water park. All hotels Ive ever been to with water parks attached offer discounts, cheap packages to enjoy food/games etc.

  : The location was perfect, water park next door was a key factor. Breakfast was great and staff was prompt & friendly.
  : There was a clanging noise from time to time coming from inside the wall between bathroom and Room. very disruptive and annoying, especially at 4 am.
