  : The house is beautiful. It is spacious and the layout is great. The views are absolutely amazing. Beds were so comfortable.
  : I could look past it not being the cleanest house because I did see that pets were allowed on the listings. I could even look past the dead roach in the counter and the huge water bug that had been sprayed and left half dead in the downstairs shower. However, I could not look past the fact that we didn’t have hot water upstairs when we arrived. My husband lit the hot water heater on day 1 and they got us through the night. Day 2 it kept going out so I called Vacasa. I sat on hold for an hour and finally gave up. Day 3 I tried back and sat on hold another 40 minutes before calling the emergency line. They sent a plumber out and he said there was a part out. In all this we find out by one of the property managers that this was an ongoing issue with this house and they thought the owners had got it fixed! Ugh. Day 4 I hear nothing back and called Vacasa again. They told me someone would be getting back with me and I never heard another thing. They did credit me $20 a night on my $600+ a night stay. I get it if the hot water tank couldn’t have been fixed but communication goes a long way and I shouldn’t have had to spend each day of my vacation trying to track people down. We have 5 kids and booked this house for the convenience of the 3 bathrooms and the largest one was not accessible to us at all. If there was just better communication and a little more emphasis on cleaning I would have definitely stay here again but I am so discouraged with the lack of communication or care.
