  : They threatened to call animal control on my service dog if he was left for any reason in the room. They can't work all day in 100-degree weather.not cool, so we left and are now fighting for a refund

  : There wasn't anything I didn't like but our stay was also in the middle of a hurricane so the power was out which is totally not their fault.

  : Nothing is good about the property. The whole place smells. The door are rusted they are about to fall off. The room was filled with water all over the place. I asked for a different room and it was worse. The mini fridge was disgusting. Do not stay!!!

  : The location was good , just about a block from the beach, right off the sea wall.
  : The property wasn’t well taken care of. Not sure if they are gradually trying to renovate or what was going on. The bed was very uncomfortable, two small pillows for the king bed and very thin blankets. It was noisy all night . I thought it was another room at first but it continued throughout the night. Not sure what we were hearing,some type of HVAC system maybe ? The floors were filthy, a quick walk from the bed to the bathroom would result to dirty blacken feet. On our last night Hurricane came through. The room flooded 2 inches we were on the second floor it came through the air conditioning unit( poured through) , we could not get ahold of any one . There was a certain amount of inconvenience that was understandable due to the weather , I get it . The next morning we had to check out and there wasn’t anybody we could contact to let them know of the state of the room we called the number on the lobby door and got no one left a message and nobody called us back, not even a call later in the week once electricity was restored.There was a refundable $50 payment at the property, we paid it and was never refunded.
