  : Coffee was good but the rest SUCKED !
  : 1. After arriving, my family was at the beach before arrival and the 5 of us wanted to take a shower… there was only 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and No wash rags! So.. went down to front desk to get more, was told I had to bring the dirty ones to them and they only replace what you bring!! Really!!! I just paid $500 dollars for 2 nights and you can’t give me enough towels and wash rags for my whole family!! Whatever.2. Went to pull out the sleeper couch for my grandkids to sleep on… No Sheets, No Blankets, No Pillows!!! So again, I go back to the Front Desk … they give me 1 sheet snd 1 blanket, but NO PILLOWS!! Because I was told we don’t give out extra pillows!! So… you have pillows for the 2 queen beds but God Forbid your sleeping on the pull out… no pillows for you!!3. Next Morning, went to have our Free Breakfast. Started out good , then my Grandkids wanted cereal…. You guessed it!! NO MILK!!! The lady told us her Manager went to get some . I looked at my phone and the time was 7:45…. Breakfast ends at 9:00… we sat there till 9:15… the lady told us we’re closing, and still no milk!!! Whatever!!4. Went to the water park All Day!!! Had a Wonderful time. But guess what? I return to my room expecting it to be cleaned, clean towels…. NOTHING!!!!! So, now I’m really PISSED OFF!! I go back to the front desk , I ask for the Manager, she says that’s me, I tell her my room hadn’t been cleaned, I’m out of towels. What does she say… she shows me a sign( which I may add, was on the counter, where I NEVER SAW when I checked in!!! Or was brought to my attention!!!) that they only clean your room on the 3 rd day!!! Snd that’s Light Cleaning ( whatever that means ) and on the 4 th day it will get fully cleaned!!!! What !!!! So I had to go back upstairs to my room, gather all my dirty towels, being them to the front desk for clean towels, and then I watched her COUNT and Look to see how many towels I have. REALLY!!!

  : The bed blankets had nasty color stains, the front door didn’t wanna shut by itself had to dang near slam it shut, some of the bathroom wall looked like it had water damage. We had a mini fridge in there that was all kinds of rusted

  : Had this hotel room booked for over a year for 5 people. The couch bed had no linens or pillows for sleeping- when I called down to the front desk i was told we would need to come down to get the linens and they didn’t have any pillows. After a stressful 9 hour drive from Oklahoma- I can tell you this was NOT what I wanted to hear- not should I ever have to come down to get anything that should have already been supplied- especially for 487.00 for one night!!

  : The room was not clean the couch was old a rusty lights didn't work smell was horrible likes dogs stayed there! We didn't not stay because myself and children went to itching and sneezing had to find another hotel to stay at

  : I enjoyed everything on my vacation OUTSIDE of the hotel. The staff made it feel like hell the whole time we were there. Accosting us, snide rude remarks, faulty cushions fixed with safety pins that stabbed my husband in his ass making him bleed and they laughed and assured us they would not keep our security deposit as if we ripped and tried to fix it ourselves. After I got ahold of the corporate office and they were made to fix it correctly they quit with house keeping and threatened to call police if we asked housekeeping for anything instead of the front desk.
