  : The key was not in the lockbox. Good thing the code to the garage door worked and the door to the house from the garage was unlocked. Emailed Vacasa about it. The response was another code to open the second lockbox with a back-up key. Didn't need it because we were already inside the house. The following day in the afternoon, upon returning to the house, I saw the cover of the 2nd lockbox on the ground and the "back-up key" was not there. Had to inform Vacasa again. The Rep asked me to standby for a phone call from their local Rep. "NO!" I insisted. "Someone must come to address this problem right now. If there's an unaccounted key to the house and we're staying overnight, that is not safe. If there is a break-in during our stay, someone will be shot." Nobody came. Just a phone call assuring that it was their local Rep who remove the back-up key. Their Local Rep opened the 2nd lockbox and left the cover on the ground? Totally unprofessional. Had to use the bench at the foyer to secure the front door during our stay. Furthermore, the front entryway and garage floor were filthy. See attached photos.
