  : There is a restaurant on the parking lot that is a club and has very loud music until 11:30p.The bathroom was not very clean, with hairs from previous customers.

  : The location was very convenient and the room was perfect for what we needed. There was quite a bit to do on-site and around the area. So many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.
  : The room was a little musty but I think that’s because of the humidity so I don’t blame the Inn for that. Can’t control the weather!

  : There was other people hair in the bed under the sink and in the drain of the shower.

  : The room was comfortable and nice and quiet. There is a walk in shower that was easily accessible and had a non slip nicely decorated floor. The air conditioning was more than adequate, it was very humid there.
  : Wished that the outside walkway could have been wider so as to put chairs to sit in and observe the view from right outside of my room.

  : It was close to the Nautical mile.
  : Considering that this was probably flooded during Hurricane Sandy, there was an attempt to update the room. The outside looks much better than inside the room. The bed was really hard. The hair dryer cord was extremely dirty. There were tiny match sticks stuck into each electrical outlet. The phone hand set cord didn’t stay in the phone. The table lamp didn’t work. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The handicapped room is not accessible. No ramp to get to the room, impossible for someone wheelchair bound to get to the toilet. Lastly, there was a cockroach that ran across the floor on our last night there.

  : It was a mile away from the boat we were fishing on for 3 days.
  : I had my credit card disappear from the restaurant on the premises. 5 mins after I cancelled the card I got a call from the restaurant saying they found it. My boyfriends drivers license went missing from the lobby at check in. He didn't notice until the next day. He went back to the lobby and told the woman who checked us in. She said she didn't have it. He was angry. I went back to the front desk 10 mins later and his license magically appeared. There was a hole in the wall, the AC was set on high and 65° and it felt like it was 75° in the room. Very uncomfortable. We spent 3 nights there this time last year with no problems. I don't know if it's under new management but we will not go back to the Freeport Inn again. There's no smoking in the rooms which is fine but all the other rooms smelled of pot really bad, so you can't smoke cigarettes but weed is ok. The clientele was very shady. Seemed like pimps and crack hos staying there. I did not feel safe to walk by myself in the evenings. The floors were dirty.
