  : the microwave was on top of the fridge both plugged in but the lamp on the table next to it couldn’t be used unless one of them were unplugged. the ax blew the curtains up so there was no privacy from the parking lot if you wanted to room to stay cooled off all night

  : This is difficult to write, because the gentleman behind the desk at check in must be the new owner. Pulling up to the facility we were not sure it was even in business. Looks as if this property has only recently been re-opened and they are struggling to get repairs done. Walking in I could tell the tile was new the inside looked fresh and smelled clean. Our room was clean, but wall paper sagging and Paint/drywall peeling in bathroom. I feel like new owners are trying really hard to get things in order and I wish them well. I would not stay again w/out seeing property first.
  : The staff was over the top helpful and nice! I think the gentleman was the owner and he was at the desk when we arrived, there the next morning and throughout the day. My husband jokingly asked " don't you ever get to sleep?". His response was sometimes.

  : Breakfast was not provided as stated on website. The room had holes in the walls which were covered up with tape. Very out dated, even the outlets had no plate covers. Had to wait 10 min for the water to even get hot. There was no refrigerator, microwave or even a phone. When I went check in there was no one at the desk. When waiting to check out and leave I had spoke to a mother and daughter who had accidentally locked thier key in thier room. Again nobody at the desk. I tried calling to place my own concerns only to get voice-mail. The mother and daughter told me that the lady was on her way to houston...they had been waiting an hour. Who leaves a whole hotel empty with none to run it. Also no snack Machines or ice machines. The one and only elevator sounded like you would get stuck in it. The terrible ASTRO turf upon entry was coming up off the ground and made for a severe tripping hazard as well

  : Was not informed of there was a breakfast. Was informed the vending machines and ice machine had been removed. We ended up purchasing a small ice chest and a bag of ice.
  : Wasn’t any hot water. I took a warm shower quickly. There wasn’t that many people in my opinion to run out of hot water. Husband had to wait until morning to take his shower.

  : Wasn’t staffed well. No one in the desk area, no one on duty. No food service, no drinks, no coffee, no hospitality at all.

  : Parking! Bathroom wasn't very clean, blood on the light switch and on the faucet! Coffee pot didn't work well it took forever! No coffee in the lobby! No hot water in the shower! No blow dryer! Plaster on ceiling loose, wallpaper coming down. Paint job not finished in hall and room. Windows in dining are could be cleaned. Turf coming in is loose, trip hazard. No one at desk at checkout!
