: Staffs were fine and maintenance guy was thoughtful.
: This property location is awful seriously. Plenty homeless around bothering clients. It does not matter what time it is, they are 24 hours. One of the staff told me it’s because they are surrounded by super 8 and motel 6. But they are people who cannot even get a room but they are there asking client to hold the door for them so they can enter the facility. The entrance of the stair someone even pooped there. It was disgusting, I had to walked to the reception and brought the staff to observe the poop. Many crackheads parade the area. The room is clean yes but once you step out, you want to vomit. They come to your car, they want to ask for money, some are always sitting on your way smoking or resting at the entrance. Late in the night when we were coming in there was a lady yelling to hold the door for her and she was dressed with dirty clothes. I was like what ??? The booking showed a beautiful hotel and you come around and found a dirty location? We left at 4 am and at the front door down the stairs there was a guy half naked yelling that we should give our keys to him if we are checking out, that he wanted to sleep there. He added I haven’t slept for while. We walked away without telling him a word. I will never ever come around there again. The booking.com missed lead us, now we know places are not far from each other we will now stay at Sheraton in downtown and drive to our areas. The hotel reception and rooms are supposed to be in the same building where everybody cannot have access to clients views. Please said online the quality inn is a motel. I never had to stay in a motel in my life. I have been miss leaded by booking.com. Ever again!

: DID NOT FEEL SECURE OR SAFETHE OUTSIDE ENVIRONMENT WAS NOT COMFORTABLE TOO MANY CRACKHEADS WALKING AROUND AT ALL HOURS. THE INSIDE FACILITIES WERE ACCEPTABLE, BUT IT WAS THE OUTSIDE THAT MADE US FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. VENT IN THE REST ROOM. NOT WORKINGTHE SHOWER WAS SHOOTING WATER UP TO THE CEILING, THE BATHROOM WAS OUTDATED AND MISSING 3 LIGHTS, THE OPENING DOOR WAS SQUEEKYSCENT IN HALLWAYS WAS STRANGECARPET IN ROOM WAS STICKY AND NOT SOFT FRESHTV CABLE SYSTEM HAD NO PATTERN, DID NOT WORK LIKE IT SHOULD BUT TV WORKED FINEPOOL NOT IN SERVICE
