  : The property is nice and the condo is roomy. Easy access to the beach, we stay in fort Walton regularly, we got married here and has become our go to and second home for getaways. We usually stay at the breakers but decided to give other places a try. This was our first time here. For the price will consider returning.
  : What I didn’t like was no details about how to check in. They were suppose to send a door code and never did. I had requested a earlier check in b4 4pm and was told when I called not an issue. It became an issue when we got here bc they said they had maintenance people and the owners in it still needed to clean it. So we waited until they were done. Upon entering it want clean. Due to COVID I thought the weeks prior it was closed not allowed to rent they would have done a deep clean! NOPE! It was barely clean, hand prints on mirrors, black hand prints all over white cabinets in the kitchen. The dishwasher leaked and fell out onto the floor. It’s also rusted out on the inside. Literally rust and the metal broke off and rusting. I hand washed. We had to spend over an hour cleaning ourselves. I discussed this and they agreed but the $135 cleaning fee discounted? No oh but we can check out late. They offered to come back and clean. I told them we don’t want any contact with people we’re here to get out of our lockdown. Should of been deep cleaned weeks ago when you had the chance much less we waited so you could clean and wasn’t at all! I’m being charged $135 smh.

  : Beds slept good. Excellent view.
  : Signage for entrance was inadequate, particularly at night. Went by the entrance several times. No maps to help locate the elevators.
