: Condo was dirty, cable was not working from sunday until thursday morning, wifi went out twice, toaster didnt work. Bedrooms were dark and one bedroom was hot.

: Their was a convenient key pad. We enjoyed the lazy river.
: Lack of amenities - no paper towels, wash clothes, and only one bathroom had toilet paper. Furniture was a little dirty and floors and shower were dirty.

: We enjoyed the awesome lazy river and pools on the bayside. The rooms had a great view and it was very comfortable. I would def recommend you anyone in the future.
: The only negative is prob that Destin West does not come with its own umbrella for the guests on the beach.

: The pool even that was bad
: Where do i start over charged by almost $500 dollars and lets say the place is like built to just make money! As soon as we walked in the floors were nasty the furniture was like they bought it at Goodwill one couch one seat the website says sleeps 8 believe me the couch was so bad you could not even sit on it not alone sleep on it. The kitchen appliances were horrible and old. The pots and pans you could of swear that They picked them from the trash can. Bathrooms well the minute the water starts running you are in a puddle up to your ankles. Patio furniture from 1990’s. Management well lets just say this i called to speak to them on Sunday they called me back Wednesday afternoon and try to cover up the mess saying you booked through Booking.com and they try to say we will refund you $150 and that was it. So easy decision for the future never stay there again or recommend it to any friend or family members since we rented 5 units for the week and pretty much everyone had a horrible experience with the apartments!! The pictures online are all lies those pictures are from when the place was first built or who knows when!!
