Overview

This mid-range condo property is located on Estero Island's southern end, in a calm area next to a large beach. The 60 one- and two-bedroom condominiums include complete kitchens with washers, dishwashers, and dryers and wraparound balconies with stunning views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There's a tennis court, a beach volleyball net, a Jacuzzi, a large heated pool, and the design is a little antiquated, with floral bedspreads, outdated (but enormous) tube TVs, and a lot of rattan.

Rooms

Each of the 60 rooms has a kitchen and a furnished balcony. With a separate bedroom, living room, and dining area, there's plenty of room to stretch out. Wi-Fi, wired Internet, and flat-screen TVs with cable channels and DVD players are available to guests. Premium linen is provided on pillowtop beds, and hair dryers are available in the restrooms. Standard amenities include couch beds, washers & dryers, and coffee machines. On request, housekeeping is provided.
