: right on the beach and everyone was very nice.
: We were supposed to check in on Saturday, but I was never given the lockbox code. I had to call multiple (more than 5) times to figure out the lockbox code. I didn’t get the code until the next day so my family and I lost a full day. Very disappointing start to our vacation and that really stuck with us for most of the trip.

: The company handling the appartment has been super friendly and courteous when we explained them the next morning why it has been so difficult to find the keys.There is a nice ocean/beach view, not many people. Appartment is equipped at a very high standard.

: Location. Perfect for the beach and shelling. Seeing wildlife. After hours help was a life saver.
: Not very good for the amount of money spent. First the experience got off to a horrible start. After hours pick up of property keys was terrible. You needed a code to get access to the kiosk to get the keys. This was no where in all of the information I was given. Next one of the keys to the gates didn’t work. The keyless entry code given for the door to the condo was not correct. Thank goodness there was a very attentive/helpful after hours phone number that I was able to call. Had to try both as the one went to voicemail which was full and you couldn’t leave a message. The condo itself was decent but for the money spent I’ve had much nicer accommodations for less money. The microwave doesn’t open all the way because of location of fridge. Missing blinds from the bedroom window covering, had to use a blanket to make sure lights weren’t showing out window in evening due to turtles. Rusted faucet in the shower. Rusted rings on the shower curtain. Little things that need some up keep to make the accommodations nicer.

: The location was perfect. Beautiful beach and lovely walks and wonderful shell collecting. The view of sunrise and sunset was awesome. The condo was comfortable. I loved the seashell shadow box.
: The check in process was horrible. No explanation of the key to the elevator, only one of the two keys worked. There was only one beach towel for a condo that sleeps 6. The skillets and knives were terrible. I was very disappointed that there wasn't even a coffee set up for day one. The lack of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) other than the tiny soap bars was disappointing. The bar stool was not secure and I almost broke my butt. The basketball hoop and other items in the master closet was bad.
