Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 119 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Hotel does not provide truck, RV and trailer parking.

Original credit card used to book must be shown at check in.

Please note nearby beach operates from 08:00 to 16:00 on Sunday–Thursday and from 08:00 to 18:00 on Friday and Saturday.

If you are a business traveller, have your employer call the property for payment verification.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

Package Policy: Please note The Link Hotel on Sunrise can receive packages. The packages must be under the same name as the reservation holder in order to pick them up. Guests can send 2 packages, no more than 3 days prior to the arrival date. Due to the limited storage space, please be mindful of the items you send. The hotel will refuse delivery of the following items: Baby strollers, baby cribs, heavy machinery, furniture, large and heavy packages. Any additional packages are subject to a $5.00 fee per package. Packages received more than 3 days prior to your arrival date will be denied. All packages must be picked up at the front desk and identification must be presented. The Link Hotel will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
