  : The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.
  : Everything could have been better. The elevators are as far away from the main entrance as possible. The newly redone rooms are a terrible design. You can tell they made a lot of effort but it is all bad. No ice machines. All the rooms are past all of the hustle of the staff. That makes it loud and frustrating. The room itself is a bad layout. The TV is parallel to the side of the bed. I would never stay at this place again. I could not ever recommend it. I feel they spent a lot of money to renovate and the decisions were poorly made.

  : The AC was difficult to use and very hard to keep the proper temperature there was no safe in the room no microwave in the room and no phone service to the main desk also their computer was compromised and that was another problem the one good thing about this hotel was the location
