  : Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Facilities are good. Some of the staff are very accommodating. They want you to have a pleasant stay.
  : As with many hotels this one is over run with guests that are making meth. It's so bad that they prop the doors open and vent into the hallway. Management needs to look into the frequent long term guests that are holed in all day. Possibly assign them to one area of the hotel from the first to the fifth floor while putting business travelers in another. The other concern is the contamination of rooms. This is a beautiful hotel and it is sad to see it go down this path.

  : The room smelled a little bit like smoke when we first checked in and it dissipated after an hour or so.

  : Dog friendly fee $75. It's not friendly at all. Love stains on blankets. Heard people in the next room having sex. Garbage from previous guests. Please clean your room right!!! Very disappointed!!!! Don't call yourself a 4 star hotel.

  : There was no room service menu in the room. We arrived late and we were hungry. I was forced to go to the front desk to pick one up. That said, the food (once we got it) was fabulous.
