  : Beds were stained, hotel was dirty, no breakfast food as promised, had to change rooms multiple times due to issues. No hot water.

  : Jordan was very delightful checking us in and checking in again when we were in the lobby to make sure the room was satisfactory
  : I did not discover that our room did not have a hairdryer until after I had already gotten in the shower. So when we went down to breakfast I stopped by the desk to let them know and that I needed one after I was done eating. Stopped back by the desk and was told that they didn’t have one, I proceeded to tell her I could not go to my meeting looking like this and said “ can’t you get one from another room”. The lady ( shoulder length medium brown hair) gave me a deer in the head lights look and said okay and then went to find one! Puzzled why I even needed to ask her to do that,and that she didn’t have the common sense to do that on her own and have it waiting for me when I came to the desk after breakfast. That would have been good customer service! The breakfast was not very good, no waffle batter to make a waffle, very greasy sausage, that had a funky flavor, dried up over cooked scrambled eggs and jalapeño egg muffin, that was not good at all. The breakfast was a big disappointment

  : The lights did not work in one room. I asked for adjoining rooms, did not get it. The whole building smelled like pool chlorine.
