The Fernandina Beach Historic District is an area located in Fernandina Beach, Florida. It is located in the center of town and encompasses a large portion of downtown. Established in 1976, this historical district holds many of the city's oldest buildings, including the old Nassau County Courthouse and various residences, churches and commercial buildings.
