  : I love the convenience of being near Cross Creek Mall and eateries. Also some attractions at the Omni Center. There is even a Food Lion grocery store nearby. There is a very light grab and go option in the morning that includes coffee, tea, instant grits and oatmeal along with muffins or nutrition bars for those staying a short time otherwise there are stoves, and fridges inside the rooms. Pots and pans are at the front desk. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but we plan to next time. The property was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The grounds were clean and well kept. I like that you are given a parking pass for your vehicle upon check in and unregistered hotel guests will get towed. After hours the doors lock so you can't just walk in off the street you have to use your hotel key. If you need any additional room items such as towels,washclothes, or toilet paper etc. you can always get these things from the front counter. There are envelopes in the rooms that allow you the option to leave a tip for your housekeeper if you like as well.
  : I didn't like the hotel rooms are due for renovations just because it's an older property and it doesn't look like there will be any taking place soon. There are some small cosmetic things that can be done in the mean time like replacing ripped curtains and furniture in the rooms or getting the carpet cleaned and fumigating after guests with pets or keeping certain rooms specifically for guests with pets. The room is still nice and clean for the price. Again you can just tell it's an older property with wear and tear. Unfortunately there are no percentages off offer for restaurants in the area for being a guest at the hotel. I would love this option being that there are so wonderful restaurants close by. The bathroom is extremely small not really made for someone of a larger statue in size.

  : The staff was helpful and pleasant.
  : The fire alarm on the outside door went off about every 10 minutes between 9pm and midnight and started again at about 6 am from people using the door as a regular door instead of an emergency exit. When reported to the front desk, had someone try to break into the room claiming to be maintenance at 10pm, then tell me to “mind my business” when i wouldn’t open the door. The entire hotel constantly smelled of pot smoke.
