  : This is a stunning property, with large, luxury rooms. The rooms definitely exceeded our expectations, as the bed was so comfortable, the decor was modern and luxury, and the bathroom facilities were high-end and upgraded. The property itself was also very nice, with an upscale, lodge feel. The restaurant was under renovation, so we did not dine there, but the bar and lounge were top-notch. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the bartender and valet. The location is also perfect, with access to the waterfalls as you step out of the hotel. We hiked all the way down to the river (highly recommend this), and we enjoyed all of it. They also offered us access to a local gym in the village next door (5-7min drive), which was super old-school and awesome. Overall, the cost was high, but it was worth the stay.
  : We were disappointed that the spa facilities cost extra, even with the high price point for our upgraded room, we still had to pay an additional fee to access the spa. Of course, I expected a reservation and fee for services such as massage, but I didn't expect to pay more for access to the soaking pools, sauna and steam room. It was $250 per couple for 1hr of access to these facilities. We were a bit disappointed and opted to skip the spa altogether, because of this. Also, the restaurant menu was high-priced, which swayed us from giving it a chance. Maybe it was a wonderful offering and worth the price, but unfortunately, it was also difficult to get a reservation without advance notice, even though we were guests. Also, breakfast is not included. We dined outside of the hotel for all our meals for that reason, only having a drink and appetizer at the bar in the late evening.

  : Beautiful and serene. We really enjoyed our night there relaxing.
  : They allow dogs and there was one near our room that was barking non stop. They were great in helping us move rooms though. But surprised a high end place allows dogs.

  : The property was under active renovation so I assume this is why there was no deck onsite to sit, be waited on and enjoy the view. The dining options are limited and the food in the restaurant is overpriced.

  : Beautiful rooms that were very large.
  : The hotel is currently under construction therefore there are no places to view the waterfall unless you go to the public area away from the hotel. There is actually no outside seating at all. This construction was not mentioned anywhere on their site when I booked the room. This was very misleading. Also, the shower was not cleaned properly and there was a large clump of hair on the wall when we arrived. One would expect more for the price of this hotel.
