Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Easily seen from the road. Front Desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Beds were firm, heater worked great.
  : The hallway carpets were old looking dirty, room doors were difficult to get into taking several tries each entry before door opened, refrigerator door and backsplash to sink were dirty with garbage under the sink that hadnt been picked up by housekeeping.

  : The thermostat didnt work ! Called the front desk and they didnt do anything about it . He came to fix it but it was the same thing . So if you know something is broken and we have a problem with it just move us vs pretending to fix the problem. Didnt call again since he didnt seem like he cared to actually help ! So broken down maybe it just doesnt work at all . Facility is run down but for the price not bad . Just look the other way ! We had a problem with the people next door called the front desk about how loud they were . Still were loud all night long ! Longest night !!!!! Hotels with connecting rooms should have a sign to not attempt to open door if you arnt sharing a room . They kept trying to open the door . Which would wake us open , freaking us out !

  : The bed was so comfortable and the whole room was so inviting. I as well adored the bathroom all in all the stay was perfect

  : I stay here whenever I am in Everett. Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Repeat customer and will stay here again.
  : Will be glad when COVID concerns end and the breakfast returns!
