: The young lady at the desk on the morning of day 1 and 2 was very nice and friendly. Took our information and made a claim to the owners for us.
: First off no pool. It was under construction, booking websites all state heated POOL. The lady at check in said is this a problem, very sarcasticly. Next the rooms shown on sites had hardwood or laminate flooring, our room has dingy stained smelly carpet. And lastly the water for 40 minutes straight was yellow to brown and the tub was full of filth after water drained. The sink only trickled water. We couldn't even shower as it was that bad. I know they are renovating to make things better, but put your guests in the renovated rooms instead of the ones that need renovated.

: We enjoyed our clean room and the relaxed atmosphere of the Gravel Bar and fire pit located on the property. We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the pool, even though the pool was not in operation at the time. The trees were beautiful and even though we were close to a busy road, the trees blocked much of the noise and we watched deer, cats, and raccoons while enjoying our time on the balcony.
: We were a bit taken back by the strong smell of the cleaning products used and had to air the room due to the strong smell. The pillows were very flat and the room was a bit dark.

: Not really anything.
: The parking. The furniture. The floor in our room was sketchy. The beds were so uncomfortable. I felt like everything was super cheap. I was expecting a nice view from the balcony, because of reading reviews, but all I saw was junk from working on pool, that was not done!! So no pool! The lights in the room were so dark. It was dim and depressing!
