  : I had a confirmed reservation through B ooking.com but when I arrived the hotel was completely booked so I had no room waiting for me after driving for 10 hours. Everything else was booked in the area. I had to spend the night in my car thanks to Booking.com. I will NEVER use this app again and will tell all my family and friends to avoid it as well. Customer care put me on hold and never responded after calling several times. When I finally reached the customer person they said they would find me an alternative hotel but then booked another reservation AT THE SAME hotel that was overbooked! This was the worst travel experience I have ever had.

  : The elevator was broken garbage under coutch from previous guests slight smell nasty shower thermo stats on walls didnt work to control temp out of bedroom lamps in bedrooms not functional as well

  : Pet friendly. Lots of places to eat nearby.
  : The mattress was terrible. Both of us rolled into the middle all night. Only one bath towel in the room when we arrived. Had to ask 3 times to get more. In their defense, the staff seemed totally overwhelmed.

  : No breakfast. Shower had pink mildew around the caulk
  : We received a call in the middle of the night - phone rang 2 times. When we answered no one was there. Shortly after, someone opened the door do our room and was pounding on the door. My husband ran to the door, flipped on the light and was yelling at them to get out! Seems it was the front desk and they said they did not show that we were in the room. We checked in about 7pm and our Key Card worked all evening and we paid for the room. It was a terrifying experience to be woke up by pounding on the door then the door being opened in the middle of the night. We had the security lock thing across the door so they did not come in the room, but it scared the crap out of us.
