  : We liked the location and beach access.
  : The lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Not just the unit we stayed in but the property it self. We understand different variables can affect maintenance and housekeeping but this property is showing signs of neglect. The pool area for example, moldy and broken lounge chairs, weeds growing in pool decking to the cloudy dirty pool water. Then there were the dead bugs by the units door that had not been swept up before our check in, grimy floors, one floor tile had a small blood stain proving that they had not been properly cleaned. Dishwasher with food particles left in the bottom as well as strands of black hair inside on the dishwasher door. Then there was the dirty dishes and utensils that had been put away. But the one thing that really got to me was when we started to see roaches. On the second night Id killed 2 that were in the kitchen/living-room floor. Thinking they must have gotten in through the door since that is where Id seen a few dead ones . But on our last morning Id gotten up to start getting ready to leave. Went into the master half bath turned on the light and there on my toothbrush was a huge roach! I should have taken a picture before Id gotten my husband out of bed to take care of it for me. This place is way overpriced for what we had gotten.
