  : Upon arrival, staff was friendly and welcoming.
  : Reserved handicap accessible room (and had my handicap placard with me). When I reported that non-handicap cars were parked in BOTH of the labeled handicap parking places, staff was unresponsive and did nothing to resolve the problem. They indicated they "don't get involved". I explained that not only did the cars lack handicap plates or placards, one was a huge SUV which was very difficult to maneuver around with my crutches. Even with explanation of the difficulty, the on-duty staff did nothing.Staff response was absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible and I'm appalled by the attitude of "we don't get involved". Their refusal to ask the other person to move resulted in a lot of difficulty for me to access my room from the parking lot.

  : Clean and organized lobby (that will tell you a lot of their standards) and clean room. Free breakfast. Comfortable bed. Cable TV if that's important to you. I like knowing I didn't need to pay an arm and a leg for a warm, comfortable bed and a clean shower.
  : Only because I like to check out in person, no one was at the front desk when I was trying to leave and no bell or phone to request for assistance. I dropped my room keys off in their little box and I left. Would have preferred to speak to someone to say thank you and good bye.

  : The breakfast was OK, some fresh fruit would've been nice.
  : The carpet in the room was very dirty. Our feet turned black waling on it barefoot. So we wore socks. Turndown service was infrequent. We had a particularly long stay, 3 weeks, while transitioning homes.

  : I did not personally stay here, so I'm not qualified to answer any of these questions. I just put relatives up here overnight so they wouldn't have to drive home late at night after a Halloween party. The price was decent and that is honestly all I know about the establishment.
  : The overnight desk clerk who at 1:30 in the morning, wants to talk your ear off when all you want is for your head to be hitting a pillow.
