  : Only thing positive was the location to my event but other than that the front desk staff member was terrible at best and the hotel probably should be sold and revitalized. It was dirty, old, chipped paint and old bedding. I Almost left and traveled further away as I’d never stay at a place so terrible in all my travels.

  : Location was great. There were several bakeries and delies walking distance to have meals. It was very nice to learn the history of the hotel through the pictures featured on the first floor hallway. Parking was very accesible, and the facilities were clean.
  : The second floor rooms were only accesible through stairs and the front desk staff were not very friendly. They only provide you with one key regardless of the number of people in the room. No breakfast included. They still have old style comforters. They could refresh the room decor a bit.

  : I have a lot to say about it, I made this reservation for my uncles who came from Columbia and it was their first time here, when we arrived to drop them off at the hotel I accompanied them to check in and when we arrived the receptionist treated us very badly, his name is Vince is someone with a beard and short stature, when we arrived he gave us a very bad attitude and then we told him that we had a reservation and he said whose name and I told him my name but that my uncles would stay and I said their names and the He started to tell us that there was no one there and he raised his voice, and we tried to tell him the names many times and he said no and with a very bad attitude and almost yelling at us, I tried to give him my confirmation number with my phone and he pushed my cell phone and He told me that he didn't want the reservation number, then he asked me how many days and I told him 5 and he just got angry and yelled at me because he thought the name was pronounced and this man threw my ID at me and yelled at us that for next time time we travel we know how to pronounce well and have everything ready, he threw us the hotel keys and was too rude, it bothered me a lot that that was the first impression my uncles from New York had, it was very bad service, I don't understand how a hotel can to have such a rude person, he told us everything almost shouting, we were very scared by his attitude, I don't know if it is a problem of racism because we were from a Latin country but I went with my husband who was born here and speaks perfect English because it is his first language, but still he acted as if he didn't understand us just to not serve us well, it was a very bad experience, the hotel is very nice but it's too bad that they have a person like that working there, it was on July 25, in the early morning of the 26th At approximately 2 am, I hope you can check the cameras and see how he threw things at us in the most disrespectful way...

  : This review is probably mute as the building has been bought and the hotel will be demolished. The staff was fine (good for NY!), The location is great if visiting this part of Long Island and is near a major hwy.
  : The whole place was run down and not clean. The building will be torn down unfortunately as the location is great! There are funny smells in the halls and stairwells, the entire place is in need of painting, the floors/carpets were dirty.
