  : Smoke detectors were covered in plastic. There was hair on the bathroom floor and garbage on the floor that they had missed when cleaning the room. When going to the front desk they said policy was they couldn't refund money and they didn't have any room to move us to. I was 9 months pregnant and didn't feel comfortable staying with smoke over the detectors so took it as a loss and left.

  : Room Was not supplied. no tv remote. Two bath towels and two washcloths but no hand towels. Coffee maker was broken. Pop machine and food machine broken. Large property, had to walk a long distance to the other area to get pop and food. Each time I had to go to the desk to discuss these issues. Plus now I have been charged twice once by Booking.com and wants to buy the property because they said it did not go through. Now I must call you.   : Comfortable bed.
  : Had no HOT water in the whole building. After not getting any hot water to shower, when checking out, they told me they had WATER ISSUES. No apology or offer for compensation/credit for MAJOR inconvenience to me. No phone in room to call front desk.

  : Nothing. Very poor customer service waited almost 30 minutes for check in. Hotel didnt have any hot water prior after hearing another customer complaining. Ask did my room have hot water and if so, I would like to receive a refund. He insisted I did.
  : There was absolutely nothing that I liked about this hotel. Only stayed because of convenience for my vehicle. I used my personal towels due to uncleanliness and smell of hotel.

  : It was dirty, there were no towels, the water was shut off for what ever reason don't know we were never told that the water was going to be shut off. Had to wait til mid morning for our room key.
