  : The location is super nice, around the woods with fresh mountain air. The studio is cozy and has enough space. We've got dishes, cutlery, even a wine opener, and glasses. It has all the needed appliances and a sofa to chill. You can get to it by elevator in case you have heavy luggage.
  : The check-in took around 10 minutes and a guy at the reception wasn't friendly at all. No instructions were sent in advance as another company (not booking.com) handles the process.The balcony partly faces the parking lot (which is on the same level) and is shared with the other apartment.There were no instructions on how to switch the dining table to bed. Also, we haven't got any wood for the fireplace.

  : Little things like stained carpet (although understandable being mainly a busy ski lodge), and no coffee filter (remedied quickly with a phone call to front desk and prompt housekeeping response!)

  : There was no balcony the room smelled like so many different essential oils there is no air conditioning its 30 minutes from durango amd you have to drive to the pool.

  : Beautiful scenery. Fully stocked kitchen. Fireplace in the room.
  : It's off-season. Their website lists several places to eat on the property. Unfortunately, the only place open was the liquor store. If I hadn't brought my own food, I would have to travel 30 miles to the nearest restaurant. They should make it clear during off-season none of the stores or food venues are open.

  : it was a very comfortable bed, was a beautiful location, very clean, front desk was awesome. Downside no utensils in the kitchen unable to cook or prepare food, and secondly, I booked this particular room because i was told we would have a balcony, the pictures on the site was not the apartment that we got. Disappointed all of the shops and restaurants were closed on the grounds too, was curious as to why, especially because it was a holiday weekend overall the unit was great perfectly fine for the price you judy fitzgerald

  : The studio is a little worn, needs new area rugs and pillows. The entire building is worn and the food available at the restaurants is not good.
