  : The apartment is very comfortable, big and clean. The checking in process was very hard and confusing. We arrived around 5pm, there’s no lockbox,so we had to wait over 30 minutes for instructions as there response time is very slow. When you call through the app, it’s a phone number in Colombia, so that confused me even more, the lady said there will be someone waiting for me but there wasn’t. Mr. Francisco asked me to wait near a fast food until my payment was processed. I had already given my credit card number to hold the apt.Which for the pictures, I was under the impression I was booking a camper. But the actual payment is processed by square invoice. They have a washer and the A/C works good if you close all the windows it makes the rest of the place cool enough. The parking is great, you can park right under and if it’s raining you won’t get wet. The kitchen is big, the bed is a bit uncomfortable, there’s plenty of light coming through the glass windows. The stove works perfectly and so does the fridge.
  : The pictures for this particular location need to be updated to the actual site. Which is the apartment upstairs with balcony. The kitchen is well equipped but there was no curtains in the room, the administrator Maribel brought the curtains the next day and I put them up. I had to use sheets as curtains for privacy.The shower has problems with pressure so the water heater doesn’t work.The steps going up are uneven so I tripped and fell on the first day, since the lightning is poor on the steps area. We never received the Wifi password , I asked several times since I arrived and it was promised but they never provided it, so we weren’t able to watch TV.

  : Space was great for 2 people or even a 3rd also as home as 2 beds. Great accomidies only bathroom was a bit on smaller side but still worth the value.

  : The property was very nice the trailer was clean and has two rooms small but it is a trailer washer and dryer. It is about 30 min from the beach and an hour from the rain forest go to both they are beautiful. The owner and Ms. Maribel are really nice people there is a tv in the bedroom. Know that the trailer is parked in property so there is a home there that people stay in but they are pretty quiet. I really enjoyed it and will be going back
