  : Very outdated, especially the bathroom. The bathroom shower needs major work. The shower area had dark discoloration between the tile work and the drywall near the toilet was moldy and had developed a hole in the wall apparently from water dripping from the shower.

  : We are tourists and had limited to no internet. We were provided a pin for entry via Booking.com, and when we arrived, the code did not work.We called the rentals customer service number (not booking.com) and we were met with a very abrassive customer service rep who couldn't wrap his head around the fact that we weren't Americans. After wasting the precious minutes we had available on our phone, we were provided with an alternative code to get in.Given our limited internet and no wifi provided, we were not aware until we got some that this place charged a $175 cleaning for our one night stay. The place was pretty average. The bathroom had damage behind the toilet. The heaters were falling off the wall. The back door is off its rails. The TV didn't work.The rental company in the end said they had sent a rental agreement to an email. If you're using Booking.com the whole process should be on booking.com. It was never explained through booking.com and i think it would be wise for Booking to remove this property or not allow short notice bookings.For almost $400aud, it was an absolutely horrible experience and not one that we would wish upon another visitor

  : The location (and view) was terrific, and the property manager was responsive and helpful.
  : Since we cooked all our own meals due to COVID, we really noticed the very dated kitchen. The furnishings were also much more dated and worn than we would have expected based on the photos.
