  : staff was nice
  : The sheets were not very clean, discovered a stain on lower bottom sheet after getting back late . Wallpaper was loose and peeling off walls. They had a small coffee pot in room with no coffee. No refrigerator or microwave. No ice machine. Price is high for what you received. Would not recommend staying there.

  : The location on the river walk is amazing. The fact that you cannot even walk outside directly from the hotel to enjoy it almost ruined it. however , once we walked around the hotel and got to the water we felt a lot better.
  : God bless whoever owns this hotel. I want them to win but they really need to do their homework about hospitality. I understand that they are privately owned but how is that an excuse for a broken front door, poorly kept grounds , untrained staff, and a building that is well overdue for maintenance. All this money flying around since 2020 and they couldnt get any to at least buy a edger to clean up the grass and get the ice machine fixed. staying at this hotel ruined my entire mood.

  : the location is fantastic, the river walk is gorgeous and its 10 minutes to downtown. the place was clearly understaffed but the staff that was there was super helpful and friendly.
  : the rooms were not super clean. the bedding was decent but the carpet felt grimy and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. on the last day here we found some ants in our room. the pictures of the waterfront room looked like we could go out on the balcony outside our room but it wasnt accessible and was just a flat roof area.There was a tv but no fridge (if you wanted a fridge it was a $25 fee) and the only microwave was a tiny one down in the lobby. the rules of the hotel were fine, but the way they were written all over the place seemed kind of Karen-like; if that makes any sense - like constant reminders of basic decent human behavior and almost premature chastising that youd never see in any chain hotel. its kind of like those warnings about not sticking a hair dryer in a shower.

  : I chose this hotel because it was black owned.The view from the room was beautiful
  : Unfortunately this hotel was not a good choice it has potential but I don't see the love. There is no care taken to the hotel It was truly a disappointment. No restaurant, no bar no amenities. To have a place in that location to be managed so poorly by a black owner is Sad.

  : I will never stay there again. I checked out the day I checked in. I didn't want to stay. I didn't feel safe. Hotel definitely needs renovations. Staff was rude. You have wait along time before someone answers the door. Place is so creepy.
