  : How the area was close to the beach and the privacy of the place. The House was pretty and the place was pretty in general.
  : The pool's heater electricity Didn't work, the backyard was dirty, there was pollen and leaves on the chairs, the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the living room tv kept freezing, the kitchen utencils were pretty burnt, the pans were kinda black and scratched,

  : Location was nice, had a pool, the house had a nice layout, and the house had 4 bicycles to use
  : 1) Pool lights didn’t work. 2) porch/pool deck area look unkept, several areas with mildew. Pool/deck chairs were covered in pollen/leaves.3) Carpet on stairs was dirty and worn. Stains were visible in other areas also.4) Some of the appliances had rust on it.5) House and furnishings need to be updated.

  : Fair location - not as advertised, tho. Website said "650' from the beach..." No it wasn't!! My Apple watch clocked it at at least twice that distance.
  : Dirty house - gunk on counters not cleaned off. Missing a beater for the hand beater. Cracked/chipped counter top, cabinets that didn't/wouldn't close properly; cabinets that were coming off (trash can cabinet). Stained sink. Only 2 burners on the stove since there was a "grill" option.... Kind of weird configuration and made it difficult to cook more than 2 things on the stovetop at a time. Baseboard trim in kitchen coming off with nails exposed (my husband fixed it). No filter in dryer so lint came out all over the room. Many lights burned out. Terrible mattresses - we even switched rooms but had similarly hard-as-a-table beds. Filthy bathroom rugs. Broken shower door in master suite. Toilet rocked in second upstairs bathroom. No drain plug for the bath tub so you couldn't take a bath. Dirty shower curtain falling off the hooks. Towel bars falling off the walls. Outdated TVs in twin bedroom and sleeper sofa room. Terribly uncomfortable sleeper sofa - looks to be very old and the mattress was about 3" thick and completely bowed in the middle. Only 6 dining room chairs for a house that "sleeps 10." Same for outdoor furniture - 4 chairs around table on balcony in back & 4 loungers around pool. Pool had mildew between tiles.And lastly, the place was listed at $6600 for the week. After all the add-ons, it came out to be $9900+!!!!!!!! And as soon as it was clicked on, it was instantly NONREFUNDABLE. So we were stuck. Would never use this booking site again nor this rental company. For this price, the house should have been pristine but it wasn't even close.
