  : The keys stopped working. Someone was able to get a key to my room without my consent. Really, the whole experience was not good at all

  : Could not find the place!!!! Never stayed there. it was late my phone went dead . Couldn't find an address on booking.com I drove around for nearly an hour!! drove 20 miles out of my way couldnt find it at all. went to hotel down the road!

  : Elevator didn’t work, no towels in room, no bedding for pull out couch and it had a stain on mattress! Only had one person running the whole hotel!

  : The stay was horrible. The elevators were being worked on and the smell that went through the building. We were put in the third floor and we couldn’t sleep because of the smell. We both couldn’t sleep and had horrible headaches The next morning when we were going to leave the elevators didn’t work at all and my handicap wife had to climb the stairs which she is not supposed to doAlso I had to carry all my bags. Three trips up and down the stairs taking bags to the car. They said that they were going to refund my money but they have t yet

  : The breakfast was fine - I wish there were bagels though!The location was perfect for our plans.
  : The room was not clean. For 3 adults and a baby we were given 2 towels. When I requested that the room be cleaned, I was told “We only clean every 3 days.” I then asked for just clean linens, and was not given them. There was a card in the room that clearly stated we could ask for more frequent cleaning. But the lady who worked the day shift at the desk on Thursday, August 1st was EXTREMELY nasty. She’s the one who refused the cleaning, and the clean linens. The ceiling in the bathroom wash falling in, the wall was crumbling, the rugs were filthy, the sofa stained. However, there was a sign that said renovations were in progress. Hopefully those issues will be addressed.The desk staff was nice, and tried to be helpful (except for the lady stated above), but we had to constantly ask for linens, and our keys to be reactivated. I
