Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and costs USD 7.50 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sunsplash Vacation Homes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the property will send an email to the guest after booking detailing the property's location, codes for lock boxes, and key location.

Please note the rental agreement and/or credit card authorisation form must be completed and returned within 48 hours of booking.
