  : I liked that it advertised a heated pool. This was what I was looking for primarily when I was searching for a suitable property. Unfortunately I did not find out until we got there that they do not heat the pool during the time I stayed. If they would have told me this on Booking.com or in the property management's Agreement I would have known and could change my reservation, but they didn't let me know so I was stuck. I liked that it had over 3 bathrooms and 3 rooms with larger beds.
  : There was all kinds of grime smeared on the kitchen cabinets... so if they couldn't see that it needed cleaning, I doubt the place was COVID clean. We rented this place for the -heated- swimming pool. We didn't get the check in emails until we had to finally call for them as we were traveling to the house. That is when I saw an email saying the pool is not heated during the month we stayed. No where did it mention on Booking.com OR in the Agreement signed did it mention this about the pool. That is totally unacceptable. This was the point of renting this house to begin with to have a private HEATED pool. They would not make an exception and turn it on for us. The screen around the pool was ripped, so bugs could easily get in and they did. There were live and running cockroaches in the house in the bedrooms upstairs, in the kitchen and in the garage. We say them every day. They were not dead or dying. Apparently, they are not using pest control. When we arrived there were several OLD bags of smelly trash piled up in front, plastic bottles and papers all over the landscaping. We also were not given the correct code to get into the house. We had to wait over an 1.5 hours for them to figure out the right code to let us in. The "local" person was not reachable and we were stuck outside. No one ever checked with us to see if we were ok after we got in. Only 2 out of the 4 TV's worked in the house. the water heater was OFF and we didn't realize it till we needed hot water and had to figure out what was going on. The house was sparsely decorated and you can tell they do not take pride in taking care of this property. The pots were barely useable. Some were not useable at all, they were so damaged and disgusting. It was a terrible visit and a waste of time and money.
