  : The manager was great when i called to explain everything he tried his best to get someone over to fix the problem.
  : The many issues that I have experienced this past 10 days during my vacation stay with my family. I take my family to Florida every year and I always choose Champions Gate homes for vacations. I have been planning this vacation for months and we were all excited for this trip! But upon our arrival to this home I was very disappointed when I noticed a glass beer bottle at the bottom of the pool, there were many beer caps and broken glass near the pool area. There was drips of dry blood on the banister going up the stairs and I have small children who uses the banister to get up and down the stair case. The pantry had a broom, dust pan, and other cleaning supplies stored in it. There were no beach towels. There were no knives or proper cooking pots or pans. The master bathroom tissue roll was completed broken off from the wall. We didn’t have an iron or ironing board therefore my family and I had to go out that morning with wrinkled clothing. I have never had an experience so bad before in my life. Not to mention the funds I put out in advance to have the pool and hot tub heated throughout our stay and both were cold the whole time we were there! I always vacation here at Champions Gate and to experience such a service as this is just mind boggling to me. I hope that they can resolve these issues immediately because they will definitely lose many guests due to such bad services. Due to these many issues I have decided to vacation elsewhere!
