Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Florida Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests will receive an email with payment instructions directly from the property. Full credit card payment must be received prior to arrival.

After full payment is made, guests will receive an email with check-in instructions. If no email is received, guests must call the property prior to check in.

Please note that daily maid service is not included.
