  : I like the rental house, it is very nice and makes me comfortable just like at home. The rooms are clean and neat. The bathrooms are clean as well. Also, pets stay free which is a plus. This is a very nice secure neighborhood with gate access. The pool is nice and warm.
  : The host should have mentioned the resort fee which is $20 per day plus tax. It was nowhere to be found in the fine print or the booking site, but it is a mandatory fee and non-refundable. Technical, if you do not pay that fee, you can't check in. It also includes pool access. Basically, it is a hidden fee. They advertise the pool with no extra charge, but there is an extra charge. Also, the host does not really have a good knowledge of the resort. The host sent me an email saying that I can't check-in after 11 PM and the guard will give us a temporary parking pass. The guard said differently as the resort opens 24 hours and I must check-in in order to get inside. It was confusing and a lot of back and forth between the guard and us. It was late and rainy and I did not like that experience. I also would prefer to have more shampoo & conditioner & body wash in each bathroom. We stayed for 4 days with 10 people but there are only 3 tiny tubes for each product. Also, they need to add bath mats for each bathroom.

  : loved the location to the pool. hot water and pressure were perfect. beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our large family.
  : the floors were filthy you could not walk around without shoes on. And the place could use some knew pans the pans are no longer non stick
