  : Location and access to both the bay and the beach
  : The house needs attention. There are safety issues that are clearly left unattended. The floor is rotted in front of the downstairs bathroom causing the flooring to lift and cut my toe. The kitchen sink leaked all the way through to the concrete down outside and several windows are so full of condensation as the seals are broke that the water view we paid to see just wasnt the same. Our family couldnt sit together outside to enjoy coffee because 3 of the 6 outdoor chairs were broken and unsafe to sit in. We are not complainers but when you pay a good deal of money,certain expectations should be met. Staff were fabulous and responded quickly but really dont have the authority to do much. We certainly enjoyed talking to Trent. This is not a Vacassa issue. This is a homeowner issue.

  : Location was fabulous. Very clean, plenty of linens. Ice maker worked quickly. All appliances were great. Really enjoyed the upstairs balcony! Loved the peacefulness and natural beauty.
  : Water pressure could definitely be improved. Really missed having pot holders too. Curtain rods in bottom bedroom needs to be fixed. Would have loved to have a grill, the one there was rusted and dirty.

  : Great location!!!! Walk right out the back door to the beach
  : The floor in the hallway was soft/mushy and felt like it was going to cave in. Flooring in this area was cracked & broken. It seemed that there may have been previous water damage and it not properly repaired. Could be a dangerous situation.
