  : Place was beautiful but beds every one of them are very uncomfortable. They all feel like rock very okd needs work. Place as soon as you walk in you can smell marijuana luckily I brought candles. We had kids with us so wasnt very happy about that. The master bathtub does not hold water. Drain must be broken. Hot tub was nice if it wasnt raining creek would have been nice to fish and grill to cook. Couldnt use bonfire either rained all weekend but beautiful set up. Could use more pots and pans. Maybe a disposal as well. Probably wouldnt comeback unless beds are updated plus pregnancy doesnt mix well with hard beds. The outside lights were removed so very dark. Some lights dont come on prolly needs changing.

  : Grout in both upstairs tubs, hot tub was in sleep mode so had to wait until the next day which was my last day to use it, upstairs stove didn't work bc id had a bad igniter and I was told after the fact they have bren lighting matches but nothing was said before hand and I wasn't trying to test my luck, there was no cell signal and either the owner or the property management group did not pay their house phone bill so there was no one to communicate with other than via text or email and getting it to text was very spotty, when they were messaged all they did was send automated responses and offered me $50 on $1,000 trip where I wasted half of my time fixing things for them like putting light bulbs in the carport so that we could see or putting light bulbs on the back deck putting the hot tub cover back home and making sure it was mounted correctly to its rack getting the hot tub out of standby and warming up scrubbing the grout out of both upstairs bathtubs and trying to figure out why the stove top did not work and there was nothing notated or communicated to me whatsoever just charged me the full price yay!!! And one more little caveat they were having construction done next door so at 7:30 in the morning there was hammering and nail guns to hear, (which don't get me wrong is usually a beautiful sound to my ears because it's what I do) but not so much when I'm trying to vacation so in short no phones but still work next door and very little vacation!!! Could could not be more dissatisfied with the customer service and the people who are supposed to be getting things ready ahead of you very poor management and very poor customer relations!!!
