No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 15 years old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Cozy Inn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reservations are guaranteed only until 18:00, or unless the guests calls to confirm a late check-in. If the guest does not arrive or contact the property by this time, their reservation is subject to cancellation.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Smoking in the guestrooms is prohibited.
