  : I liked the flexibility of an early check-in without an additional fee. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and a generous number of pool towels were provided. We liked the convenience of the in unit washer/dryer. We liked the ease of the check in/check out process. It was also very clean. I appreciated the few pods of laundry detergent that were left for our use. I liked that there was someone available to answer the phone when we called as opposed to an automated voice mail system.
  : I did not like that we were given wrong location directions and ended up with a much larger Uber bill. I called the property for clarification regarding the address and was told that Packery View Loop (actual location) is the same as Packery Channel Park Road. I was told that "maps hasn't updated the name change because its a newer property and it's only a little further down that same road." These are two completely different addresses, about 9 minutes or 3 miles apart from each other.The advertisement of this place was very very very misleading! The unit is not as large as it appears. The pool advertised with this unit in the photo gallery is a pool located in a completely different property! The pool that is actually outside this unit is tiny and for young kids. It was loud, noisy and posted pool/quiet hours were disregarded. Loud pool events (likey the parents of the young kids) often started after 11:00 p.m., making it difficult to sleep. We were not informed that there was a larger pool (the one advertised) available, but located across two parking lots at a different building.Regarding the unit itself: the living room couch was sagging and worn and the two stiff chairs were uncomfortable. There was no room for more than 4 people to sit comfortably. There was a weird smell to the unit that never dissipated. Basic essentials and items provided in all other vacation rentals we've stayed in were lacking. For example, there was only one trash bag, no salt or pepper or coffee filters or any beach chairs or umbrellas or travel size lotions or more than one bath soap, etc. There was one hair dryer for 3 full baths. The grills for common use were disgusting.Most upsetting was that the only cookware provided for use was SCRATCHED, PEELING TEFLON, which is toxic AND WELL KNOWN CARCINOGEN. Unfortunately we discovered this only after making a time consuming and costly grocery run.

  : Close to the beach and unit by the pool. Alot of beds! Everyone slept comfortably. Kitchen equipment were complete.
  : Dusty and molds in the air ducts.
