  : Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, including everything needed for cooking, including a crock pot and Belgian waffle maker. Included hand sanitizer and soap, paper towels. And pool/beach towels. Ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom. Easy short walk to the beach, nice pool, close to major access roads.
  : Vacasa contacts were quick to respond initially, but a bit uninformed about the property. Prior to the trip, I asked if the grill was charcoal or gas, they told me charcoal. I did not see a charcoal grill anywhere but there was a nice gas grill in the covered patio right next to the pool. No info provided on using this. I also asked before the trip if the pool was open. They replied they would have to find out and email me. I never received any email. Dishwasher detergent: three tablets were provided-we stayed 5 nights. I asked for more and was informed they only provide a “starter pack” and would not give us more. So I had to forego some precious vacation/beach time and go to the store and buy some. Not happy with that! Suggest at least one tablet per day be provided. Sheesh! How cheap! Plus I would think the property owner would want to control what type of detergent was used in their dishwasher. This was very bothersome and degraded my opinion of Vacasa. I learned from this to ask more questions. Not a big deal, and I understand each property is different, but there was no coffee, no coffee filters, no salt or pepper, which most AirBnb and Vrbo places we have stayed provide. I do always bring my own coffee but not usually salt and pepper or coffee filters. I would suggest upon booking that a list of what is and what is not be provided. This would help and save unwanted, time consuming, and frustrating trips to the store eating up vacation time. Also it is a selling point I would think to disclose the property includes a coffee grinder, 5 quart Crock Pot, and a Belgian waffle maker. Also a hair dryer and beach towels! This might save asking some questions too.

  : the location was great, right down the road within walking distance from the place, had a pool, but could use some umbrellas or shade in the pool area, loved the outside grill, and it is on the bottom floor which was very very nice not to climb stairs
  : it got cold at night in the place and there were no extra blankets, sounds crazy but the kids on the couch had to use the towels to cover up with, the pool was closed most of the time but opened the evening of the second day, sure it was a short problem.
