  : This property is at a great location. Not too far from the beach.
  : When we arrived our unit was dirty. The sofa sleeper when we opened it had dirty sheets and food crumbs. When we moved the coffee table a child’s slipper was there with trash around it. The trundle bed upstairs when we pulled it out the bed sheet was dirty with pee stains. The furniture was dusty upstairs and downstairs. Several roaches came out which was so disgusting! I called customer service and informed them of the issues. I requested if we could have a different unit and was told no. I asked if we could get a refund back and was told that they would send the cleaning staff first. They sent the cleaning staff over to address the issues. The staff did address the issues, but not a deep cleaning. The refund I received was not even half of what we paid. Maintenance arrived when we were not in our unit to spray for roaches. We continue to see roaches are entire stay! The pool was dirty. You could see several roaches! Overall this property needs to look at cleaning units better and addressing the roaches issues. For the amount we paid, it was very disappointing! I will not stay here again with my family!! I highly recommend looking somewhere else!

  : I didn’t like the fact that you pay a cleaning fee which is pretty high and still gotta load dishes and dish washer and trash. The point for the cleaning fee is that they clean it, correct? so I think everyone should get that deposit back.
