: a bit “rundown”. Both the bedroom and sofa pullout mattresses are very uncomfortable and in my opinion, need to be replaced.

: Location for ski lift access was great. Decent sauna and hot tub facilities available and indoor parking.
: We were not provided a code for the lock box. Luckily, we met someone at the Vacasa office who was able to assist us. He told us, typically no one’s in the office. The skillets were worn out and unusable. Couple of the pillows were badly stained. I managed to contact an on site manager who’s number I was able to get from the gentleman at the office and request replacement skillet and was provided another well used one and couple pillows. There was no information guide inside the apartment., could not use the fire place. Apartment was not a good value for the price. I do not plan to use Booking or Vacasa in the future. Emails to booking were unanswered.

: Great location and nice sized condo. Easy to get to and instructions were clear. Parking was also a plus because it was underneath and covered.
: The remotes were not there for the main TV. I think they got switched with another property? We were able to manually make the TV work. The hot tub was not open, but that was because of Covid. It was a little noisy early in the morning from the snow plows and busses.

: Location to lifts.
: Every morning, before 7am, here comes the heavy machinery to move snow (applicable only one morning and it had stopped snowing ~16 hours before), chop ice, beepbeepbeep, etc, etc. Deafening. Right under the condo window. For over an hour each morning. Easily could have been done at much more reasonable times - I think the village maintenance people quite enjoy waking up the vacationers. You know, stick it to the man. The accommodations themselves were acceptable but very dated. If you're after vintage 70s accommodations at futuristic prices, this is the place for you. We made this booking in September 2021, before the inflation hysteria, and while it was over a 3-day weekend, we feel like chumps for what we paid. $500/night pricetag, $300/night value. I get that there was lost revenue in 2020 and 2021 but do you have to make it all up in a couple of months? Caveat emptor!
