  : The staff was friendly
  : The room was unclean, the toilet didnt flush, the shower was dirty, the walls were stained, and the towels had brown stains on them. It was also not in a very nice part of town and I was worried my work truck was going to get broken into. They dont have 24 hour security either to help secure the property at night.

  : The location wasn't a bad location. It was close to the concert venue was in town to see.
  : The pictures on the website are completely misleading. No shampoo in the shower, just a single bar of soap. The mattress was so hard I might as well have slept on the floor. Would have slept better surely. noisy plastic mattress cover was horrible.

  : room was updated and looked nice, hard floors, a lot of space to put your things in the room, easy check in and out, it was pretty clean including in the bathroom and towels and with a good size shower, the water got hot and cold right away, the bed was comfortable except for plastic being on the mattress (I brought my own blankets and pillows), heat worked good, a lot of parking spaces, there was a refrigerator and a microwave, and the refrigerator and the freezer part worked great
  : there was plastic over the mattress under the sheets that couldn't be taken off, every small movement you would hear it loudly which was very annoying at night when trying to sleep. the towels were too soft and had a crazy amount of dust and fluff coming off of them every time we had to dry our hands, etc. and was also very annoying. it would stick to your skin and go everywhere in the air. there was a small cockroach in the room, but i didn't think it was that big of a deal since i only saw 1 and we were on the first floor so bugs can sometimes be expected if the door is open a lot but i did not see any other bugs in the room. the room did kind of smell like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. heard sirens from the highway a lot at night, but it wasn't too loud.
