  : The room I expected was to be a handicap room with accessible shower at least a shower seat which I did not get they said the room was considered handicapped because it was for hearing impaired. I understand being hearing impaired is a disability however if you're looking for accessible shower room that's what you should get. And then when I asked for that type of room I was told that I already had a handicap room. The room was also supposed to have pots and pans..none were provided nor did the stove work, and I had to go to the front desk for towels and wash clothes. I'll NEVER stay there again

  : Roaches was in the room. And the bathroom. Front desk said yes, they are in some of the rooms. No Towels and wash clothes.

  : When we arrived, our reservations said we were to have a king suite, the front office staff was so rude, we received a regular king room. The microwave was dirty and all of the enamel was peeled on the inside of it. The cook top didn't work and looks like it hadn't been cleaned, the refrigerator was yellow in color from being so old, the white had changed colors. The bath tub had a ring around it, toilet had pee on it and the sheets were stained. The air conditioner did not blow out cold air, when maintenance came to fix stove, the ventilation was so poor it kept setting off the fire alarm. The faucets ran very slow, the interoffice (hotel phone) did not work and it was nasty and cruddy. The breakfast was horrible, they had no meat to provide for breakfast since entering the building on Thursday. I contact booking.com to let them know I would like a full refund and they only gave $57.59 out of $400 bill. This hotel claims it was newly renovated, it was a lie and the staff and management sucks! My husbands truck was broken into and no one has access to the cameras, but states the manager does, but no manager has ever to come or call back from this facility. I am asking for a full refund and no one should ever rent from them again until the entire building has been fully renovated and the staff and management has been replaced!
