: Location.
: Hotel needs maintenance.Elevators weren’t working we had to climb 10 flight of stairs. We paid extra for a beter room and the view was horrible - it was a dirty alley way.Our bed wasn’t covered with appropriate bedding- you could see the mattresses. In our bathroom the toilet just flushed on it’s own multiple times throughout the night - we couldn’t get a good nights rest. Staff weren’t friendly at check in or checkout. We asked for late checkout because our flight got delayed and they refused and then hours later when another staff member saw us sitting in the lobby he offered us late checkout but by that time it was to late. I am a hilton honors member and I am disappointed by this stay. Not worth the value at all.

: Staff at desk ..hmmm ..really need chores to do..you got time to sit on your on your phone your intire shift, and treat customers. Like there bothering you when you go to the desk. . Being a Hyatt .was surprised how dirty bathroom was. Look around faucet, under rim of sink, corners of floor, black on bottom of tub ..and a cracked leaking toilet..and windows with broken seals that you couldn't see out of..Hyatt in Columbus Ohio , Is Tired ,Tired.Tired..So sad for such a ideal location, in such a Beautiful City..

: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Staff quickly delivered items listed below that were missing from the room. The location was very convenient to be able to walk to several different neighborhoods
: There were no glasses or cups in the room. There were no sheets pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. The pullout bed was one of the least comfortable I have ever experienced. The hotel seemed clean but there was an overall feeling of shabbiness...of a need to be updated.
