  : The check in process was long due to them not having enough staff on hand for house keeping, then making everyone give an $20 dollar deposit in cash & not letting anyone know until they've stood in line for over an hour in the rain since they didn't have the man power to check guest in. What was a bigger slap in the face is that since the elevator broke people weren't alerted to this & ended up checking out late due which in return since people had to take the steps the hotel refused to return the $20 dollar deposit. Next time will stay anywhere else but here since this was more of a bottom of the barrel place than anything. Even the money I spent for one night can go towards me staying anywhere other than here. How does one request a non smoking room but the whole hotel smells like smoke???
