A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, the minimum age required to check-in is 21 years.

When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of $75 fee per 7 night stay and $25 per week thereafter applies. A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight 80 lbs each.

Additional adult and bedding fees may apply. Bedding size and quantity cannot be guaranteed. Special requests noted are honored subject to availability.

GUARANTEE POLICY
A Valid credit card is required at check-in for room charges and incidentals. Prior to check in, we must be able to authorize room and tax charges for your stay as well as an additional security deposit in the amount of up to $250.00.

NO-SMOKING POLICY
The Sonesta ES Suites is a non-smoking hotel. Cleaning fee of $250 is levied for each instance where a guest is found violating the rule in the property. Continuous violation will result in further action being taken by the property with no refund.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Check in time is from 4 Pm to 2 Am. Check out time is by 12 Pm on date of check out. Any delayed check out will attract additional cost going upto 1 night's stay. Please call property on day of check in to find out about availability of early check in.

PET POLICY
At Sonesta ES Suites, we recognize that your pet is part of your family and are pleased to welcome up to two pets per room weighing a max of 150lb with a non refundable sanitation fee of:
•$75.00 + tax for a 1-7, night stay
•$25.00 + tax per week after 7 night stay
Guests are required to declare pets at check-in time failing which the property may apply an additional fee to the pet fee. If there is a changes in no of pets, size of pets, the property may apply additional fees.

ADDITION / MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION POLICY
Please get in touch with the Booking.com right away to check on the policies that govern your reservation and regarding any modification / addition / cancellation you wish to make. Policies under which reservations was made by Booking.com are full & final. The property is obligated to follow the policies in place in your reservations & charge accordingly. The Sonesta ES Suites does not have any authority to make any deviations / exceptions to the policy on your reservations.

NO SHOW POLICY
Please get in touch with Booking.com right away to check on the No Show policy governing your reservation. No Show Policy under which your reservation was made by Booking.com is full & final. The property is obligated to follow the policies in place on your reservations & charge accordingly. The Sonesta ES Suites does not have any authority to make any deviations / exceptions to the policy on your reservations.
