  : Curtains in my room didn’t close. Everyone could see in. And they have not credited my $100 deposit back yet. The other motel that I stayed in, put it back in my account the next day after my nights stay.

  : Nice employee at front desk. Tried to be helpful.
  : Remote did not work in room, it was literally broken. Front desk gave me another, but it too was broken. Front desk then gave me another key to another room to check, the key unlocked the door, but the door didn't open as if it had the safety bolt engaged. I went back again and was given another key to check another room, AC blowing hot ( and yes, I checked to make sure it was on the "AC" setting and the temp was turned down). TV worked though... I went back and told front desk that I will keep the original room even though it did not have a working remote and therefore could not watch TV. I was told that I could not get a discount due to the manager not being there, and would not be there until 10am the next day. I was leaving at 6am the next morning so there's that. The breakfast that is advertised is not worth a darn. Two selections of cereals and a jug of milk in the refrigerator, no juice, no bread for toast, no danish, but there was a carafe of coffee and exactly 6 small yogurts in the glass front fridge.

  : The beds were comfortable, however the wide open window without curtains was horrible! Couldn’t get the sun out the room at all. Drug addicts everywhere outside the pool area sneaking in. Breakfast was NO juice, 2% milk with either raisin brain or corn flakes. Horrible way to trick someone that reads free breakfast!
  : It wasn’t cleaned when we got in there! Trash was on the floor and a used towel was hanging on the door in the bathroom… definitely not worth the money I spent on it!!!

  : The woman at the desk was so nice. Unfortunately the place was terrible.
  : We had NO BLANKETS on the bed. Just sheets. I asked and she said there were no clean ones available. I had booked in advance, you'd think they would have blankets it was very uncomfortable. Dirty ripped chair, stained rug, tv sound was staticky, & few channels.I ran 1 load of laundry-- tshirts, underwear & socks. The dryer took 4 cycles to get them dry. $8. Some were still a little damp. Amenities listed coffee but no pot was in room and they usually only make it for breakfast. The desk woman was nice and did me a favor and brewed a pot in the afternoon. Breakfast was just small bowls of cereal. Hair dryer was broken & a fire hazard.

  : Both men at the front desk at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful and honest.Beds were comfortable and slept well. The room was clean. Perfect for a one night stay, as it was just a place for us to sleep while traveling.Oh and the AC worked. That it was close to where our family lived.
  : The place really felt kind of sketchy. They had a $100 refundable deposit. We were told that's because of the past customers causing damage to the rooms and anything in it, including damaging a new AC unit. The place gave us the impression that the owners don't take any pride in their hotel. The TV screen was mostly visible,. There were many large cracks across the screen with a green spot on the screen, no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room. The lamp shad was smashed in. I didn't like the fact the curtains didn't close for any darkness. One pillow had no pillow case on it and the fire detector was only wires.

  : There was no breakfast. Staff said they were “waiting on a shipment”. There was no reimbursement for not having breakfast. The room was disgusting. Cigarette burns on the furniture. Damage everywhere. Stains on the bedding. Bathroom floor had no grout and was falling apart. Hot water took 15 minutes to start working. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

  : Nothing dirty Homeless guys looking threw cars and smoking crack outside the building
  : Finding dirty needles in parking lot finding drug paraphernalia in the stairway being ignored when we needed new sheets and towels and they never cleaned the room correctly
